Welcome back for a second edition of the S4AllCities project newsletter!
Since our last newsletter, the technical work packages have commenced, with a lot of work carried out in development of novel sensors and components aimed at enhancing the protection of public spaces. As a snapshot of this activity, we feature the work of partner Eulambia Advanced Technologies on the development of the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor-based monitoring platform.
In parallel, the project achieved a milestone by developing the first version of the deployment architecture, identifying component interconnections and data flows, and the framework for managing the data generated over the duration of the project was also established. Our approach on both the architecture and data management are featured herein.
Enjoy and we look forward to hearing from you!
