Their core product, ADD-Task, is an end-user-driven solution for customisable, intelligent incident management systems. It brings together a broad range of functionalities while offering full control over generated data. The system is characterised by its modularity and flexibility, allowing tailored configurations based on client-specific requirements and constraints. ADD-Task can be deployed either on a private cloud or on-premises.

With the support of their coach, Aikaterini Liakopoulou, ADDITESS redefined and aligned its vision, mission, and strategy to better reflect market demands and relevant government regulations.
